CBIZ and MHM are currently seeking a highly motivated Tax Manager. In this leadership role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your analytical, operational, management, and client service skills.
The individual filling this position will manage and plan multiple tax assignments in the following industries: Real Estate, Construction, Professional Services, Manufacturing & Distribution, Not-For-Profit, etc. You will also work with a variety of business structures including: corporations, partnerships, LLCs, trusts and estates.
Demonstrated superior client service skills are required as this role will serve as the client s trusted advisor, providing them with knowledge of industry trends, identifying client issues and conflicts and proactively communicating solution options. This role will also be responsible for developing and maintaining an excellent working relationship with all levels of client staff to increase customer satisfaction, strengthen client relationships and consult with shareholders and executives of assigned client organizations on business matters. This role will deal directly with the client s attorneys, consultants and other parties and require steady contact throughout the business year.
Excellent time management and organization skills will enable this person to manage staff on engagement deliverables, complete technical and strategic reviews to ensure quality control standards are met and ensure on time delivery within the agreed upon budget. This person will have overall responsibility for all phases of an engagement including managing engagement budget, billing and realization of assigned clients.
Motivated individuals will excel in the area of new client development in partnership with upper management where you will participate in client meetings, presentations and proposal development efforts designed to meet individual business development and cross-serve goals.
