Performs analysis,estimates, and forecasts related to projects in all stages ofdevelopment or execution. Creates and maintains financial andbusiness models. Compiles performance information related toproject cost and schedule and prepares reports. Provides analyticalexpertise to support project and portfolio management.
Builds andmaintains cost models and performs numerical analysis based ondifferent scenarios for projects or portfolios of projects asrequested from management. Prepares project/program/enterprisestatus reports. Prepares cash flow estimates in support of monthlypresent estimate processes.
Analyzes costand schedule impacts of project scope changes and trends. Preparesand delivers presentations of numerical analysis.
Interfaces with project team(s) as necessary for cost controlmonitoring, analysis and reporting. Provides day-to-day detailedmonitoring and analysis of project budgets and actuals. Updates andmaintains project budgets and cost information. Provides accuratefinancial, cost reporting, trending analysis and recommendscorrective actions.
Performs quantitativerisk analysis to validate cost contingency. Develops and maintainscost and resource databases and reports.
Identifies need for cost analysis support for projects, andrecommends development or modification of cost engineering datastandards. Formats data for cost analysis and maintains historicalcost database.
Prepares estimates of futureproject costs or forecasts. Participates as member ofproject/program audits and prepares internal corrective actionplans.
Minimumeducation required of the position
Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business related fieldrequired or equivalent work experience.

Analyst I: 0-2 years ofprofessionalexperience
AnalystII:2-4 years of professionalexperience
AnalystIII:4-6years of professionalexperience
Analyst Sr: Atleast 6 years of professionalexperience

Analytical skill set withadvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel,PowerPoint.
