What does an extraordinary Client Executive III, Biller Solutions do?
As a Client Executive III within our Biller Solutions team, you will be the primary contact for the client?s executive and/ or senior level managers. You will be responsible for managing, fostering and growing Fiserv?s relationship with key executive decision makers and influencers at assigned clients to build customer loyalty and increase revenues. You will be managing approximately 10 utility accounts in the Texas region.
You will focus in two areas:
Relationship Management
Business Development/Sales
To be successful with the above you will need to:
Conducts regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management team to understand their needs and link them to Fiserv?s product/service strategies.
You will be viewed as the client advocate internally to direct resources and activities within the Fiserv organization.
We need you to effectively communicates the ?voice of the customer? across various functional areas.
In addition, you need to be responsible for client satisfaction and revenue and transaction growth, with a focus on profitability improvements aligned with Fiserv?s objectives.
Serves as an industry authority (Online Strategy), including communicating meaningful industry trends and best practices to clients that ultimately build demand for Fiserv?s products and services.
Responsible for identifying and capitalizing on expansion opportunities within existing accounts and up-selling products/services, selling new/add-on Fiserv solutions, and capitalizing and assisting in cross-business unit sales efforts. Carries an individual sales goal and ESS goal.
You will creates Biller Solutions account plans that will set strategic direction, establish up-tier relationships within client accounts, and drive the business; collaborates and provides input on Enterprise plans where applicable.
We want you to be responsible for proactively conducting analysis of clients? business metrics to optimize product activity that will drive value for our external customers.
You also need to be able to create effective forecasting and budgeting of key metrics for assigned customer accounts.
Drives and leads contract renewal process for client contracts and maximizes return for Fiserv.
Qualifications for consideration
High School degree
5 + years within Account Management in a business-to-business environment with a focus on strategic account planning including forecasting experience.
3+ years in a quota driven role
3+ years with a focus in Biller solutions products
Ability to travel 40%
Preferred qualifications for consideration:
Prior experience within the financial services industry
Bachelor's degree
